Unfortunately, sexual harassment, it happens more than I ever imagined until I came here and started working on these cases exclusively. If you're subjected to sexual harassment, the best thing you can do is report it, put it in writing. A lot of times it can be difficult to come forward. There's an imbalance of power, and I think a lot of people, especially women, feel that way. Our partner, Kelly Chanfrau, she's board-certified. She's been doing this for years. She's now plaintiff's attorney. She was a defense attorney, which means she knows how they think. You can expect a very professional environment, a safe environment. We are always available.
