I've been a paralegal for 20 years, and I decided to become a paralegal to help people. My name is Lori Macnamara, and I am the Palm Coast paralegal for Chanfrau & Chanfrau. I get to help people every day, whether it's an auto accident, slip and fall, medical malpractice. I help them get through their claim. I grew up in West Palm Beach, Florida. I moved here to Palm Coast in 2006. I like being part of a family firm because I feel connected with the clients here. Chanfrau & Chanfrau is very involved in the community, and it shows in the way they treat their clients and their relationships with their clients. Their clients aren't just a number. Their clients are their friends, their family. It's this sort of relationship with the clients that drew me to them. I know at the end of the day I've helped clients in the community, and that's a very good feeling.
